Just All Pro Trades Ltd are a small team of like minded individuals, with a trade & building & construction management background, who wished to offer an unparalleled service to the domestic market & the Building & Construction Industry.

We feel that our operatives wish to work with us through choice & not through necessity.

Working closely with our 'Umbrella Payroll Co', We offer all our operatives the opportunity & freedom to choose either to be employed, or self-employed, where expenses can be claimed & offset against their tax threshold on a weekly basis.
We also believe that people make a business & we are currently in negotiation with industry training providers, (C.I.T.B), to offer our operatives the choice to improve their skills & advance their careers.

Established in 2012
Launching in December 2012. Just All Pro Trades Ltd have a wealth of experience within our industry.
We wished to focus our collective skills & knowledge to provide 'Excellence of service' to builders & contractors.
We have been aware for many years that 'agencies' specialising in supplying operatives in this industry are seen as 'Service Sector' businesses, creaming the profits from a tightly financially controlled industry & not investing anything back into it.

Meet the Business Owner: Steve Hall;

Upon leaving school @ 14 in 1982, I started work immediately for a bricklaying company called ‘Bomak Ltd‘ on London Bridge Hospital where my father was working as a steelfixer.
It was a major re-development alongside the Thames River, from London Bridge toward the ’Millennium Dome’ taking some 12 years to complete the first stage.
I gained lots of experience very young, using compressed air demolition equipment cp9's cp11's, 'T' breakers,110v 'hilti's, grinding & ‘Diamond’ cutting equipment & chasing out. I also hodded for a team of 5 brickies, installing bandstands & access equipment, knocking-up, setting out & a bit of block laying, raking out & pointing when I got a chance.
I also welfare laboured & looked after stores covering temporary holiday leave.
With some steelfixing knowledge gained previously from my father, I also made bespoke pre-fabricated concrete lintels where ’Catnic’ lintels couldn’t be used.
I was then offered a job as a ’Steelfixer Improver’ by ‘John Laing Construction Ltd’, on the next site along, where I quickly learned to read & interpret complex engineering drawings & schedules.
It was my father who learned of a vacancy back at ‘Bovis’ & advised me to; “Get out of this filthy game while I had a chance”.
The main contractor was ‘Bovis’ & they offered me a block release course in painting & decorating where I gained my C&G advanced craft.

Upon moving to Cambridge in 1987 and working in sales for Currys then store manager for ‘Nicklebys’ Menswear (Owner Sam George), I wished to advance my career more toward the Construction Industry & gained an HND in architecture.
I was painting & decorating & steelfixing for ‘Hays Montrose’ (agency), when they invited me to join them as a recruitment consultant in the Labour Hire Division. Within a few weeks I was receiving congratulations cards for the volume of new starters from the managing director.

March 1982 – December 2011 (29 years 10 months)|Cambridge, United Kingdom

After some time I was headhunted by ‘Morson International’ agency in London where I was averaging 70 operatives a week, generating £14-16k gross profit per month. It was whilst I was here I wished to further my education & went on to gain an HND in business & finance.
A small team of management consultants called ‘Global Associates Ltd’ visited and I was offered a position as a ‘Management Consultant’ where I gained a more practical insight & education into corporate operational procedures & a more mature & personable approach to sales.

However I still longed to return to the Construction industry.

An opportunity arose to develop two properties in Hull, where I re-located & launched ‘Archidec Décor’ A Painting & Decorating business specialising in property refurbishment. It was here I suffered a spinal injury & being relegated to sedentary work only, I gained a degree in building & construction management at the ‘University of Lincolnshire & Humberside’.

Upon returning to Cambridge I was determined to focus & collate my skills & knowledge toward a position that could encompass everything & evolve. After some time subbing on pricework & agency day work, I had a ‘Eureka moment’ ! It was there all along, ‘Just All Pro Trades Ltd ’ was born.

So, finally, here I am, in the enviable & very fortunate position of limitless progression. An opportunity to be as good as I can be.

It’s been a long time coming.
